By booking an appointment or receiving services at our salon, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. These terms are designed to ensure a high-quality experience for all clients and staff.

Appointments

  • A deposit is required to secure your appointment and will be applied to the final bill.
  • Appointments can be booked in person, by phone, or online via our website or booking platform.
  • Please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrivals may reduce your service time or require rescheduling.

Cancellations & No-Shows

  • We require at least 24 hours’ notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling.
  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice or missed appointments may incur a fee of $50.
  • Repeated no-shows may result in booking restrictions.

Payments

  • We accept: Cash, Major credit/debit cards & Online Payment
  • Payment is due in full at the time of service.
  • All prices are subject to change without prior notice.

Refunds

  • No refunds are given for completed services.
  • If you are dissatisfied, please contact us within 3 days to discuss a resolution.
  • Retail products may be returned within 7 days, unopened and unused, with a receipt.

Service Guarantee

  • We take pride in our work. If you’re unhappy with your result, notify us within 3 days, and we’ll offer a correction if appropriate.
  • Corrections are provided at the discretion of the stylist and salon management.

Health & Safety

  • Please inform your stylist of any allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions before your service.
  • If you are experiencing symptoms of illness, we kindly ask that you reschedule for the safety of our staff and other clients.

Children & Guests

  • Children must be supervised and are only permitted if receiving a service.
  • Infants in prams or carriers are welcome, provided they remain with you at all times and do not disrupt other guests.
  • For safety reasons, toddlers and older children who are mobile or require supervision are not permitted to be in the salon unless they have a scheduled appointment. Our salon contains hot tools, chemicals, and delicate equipment that can pose serious safety risks to unsupervised children.
  • Due to limited space and safety considerations, we ask clients to avoid bringing extra guests unless necessary.

Personal Belongings

  • We are not responsible for the loss or damage of personal items.
  • Please keep valuables with you at all times.

Photography & Social Media

  • We may take photos of your hair for our portfolio, website, or social media—with your permission.
  • If you prefer not to be photographed, please let your stylist know.

Privacy Policy

Your contact and personal information is confidential and will only be used for salon-related communications.

Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for inappropriate conduct, intoxication, harassment, or health concerns that may pose a risk.
